01Meet your physio

I am a passionate physiotherapist with a special interest in sports injuries, pain management, and orthopaedic post-surgical rehabilitation.

My journey into physiotherapy began with a simple but powerful idea — helping people live fully and move freely, without pain holding them back.

Whether your goals are big or small, personal or performance-based, I’m here to support you every step of the way. If I can help you get closer to the life you want to live, then I’ve done my job — and made the world a little better in the process.

Be your physical best.

02The approach

Most people arrive having already been told their scan looks bad, their posture is wrong, or that they should simply rest. It is rarely that simple, and rest on its own almost never fixes it.

My work starts with a genuine assessment — history, movement, strength, and the specific tests that separate one diagnosis from another. Only then does treatment start, and only once you understand what we are treating and why.

From there it is hands-on therapy to calm things down, and progressive loading to build tissue that tolerates your sport, your training or your working day. The practice sits inside Planet Fitness Centurion Gate precisely so that the last stage of rehab happens under real load, with someone watching your technique.

01

One practitioner, start to finish

You are assessed, treated and progressed by the same person every session. Nothing gets handed off, nothing gets lost between visits.

02

Diagnosis before treatment

A proper examination comes first. If I can't explain what's driving your pain, I haven't finished assessing it yet.

03

Rehab that ends in the gym

Hands-on work settles tissue. Load is what makes it durable. Being inside a gym means the last phase happens where it should.

04

A finish line, not a subscription

Treatment plans have an end point. You'll know from session one roughly how many visits we're aiming for, and when you're discharged.

“The goal is never to make you comfortable on my table. It is to make you harder to injure once you leave it.”

03Conditions treated

Seven regions, one method. Select an area to see what commonly walks through the door — and what gets done about it.

Spine & Core

Backs are rarely fragile — they're usually deconditioned. Manual therapy to settle it, loading to make it durable.

  • Lower back pain
  • Disc-related & referred leg pain
  • Sciatica
  • Sacroiliac joint dysfunction
  • Thoracic stiffness
  • Pregnancy-related back pain

04Services

Every plan draws on several of these. None of them work in isolation — which is why none of them are sold in isolation.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Acute and chronic sporting injuries assessed against objective strength and load benchmarks. You go back when your body passes the tests — not when the six weeks are up.

Return to sport on criteria, not on a calendar

Manual & Manipulative Therapy

Mobilisation, manipulation, soft tissue release and trigger point work to restore range and settle pain quickly — the opening move, never the whole plan.

Hands-on joint and soft tissue work

Post-Operative Rehabilitation

ACL reconstructions, joint replacements, shoulder repairs and spinal surgery. Protocol-led, surgeon-aligned progressions from day one to full discharge.

Structured recovery after surgery

Dry Needling

Fine filament needling into myofascial trigger points to release tension and restore normal muscle length where hands alone can't reach.

Direct release for stubborn muscle tissue

Biomechanical & Movement Screening

Running gait, squat and lifting mechanics analysed to expose the movement fault driving your injury — then corrected with targeted loading.

Find the cause, not just the symptom

Strength & Conditioning Rehab

The practice sits inside a fully equipped gym for a reason. Your final phase happens on real equipment, under real load, with eyes on your technique.

Rehab that finishes strong

Chronic & Persistent Pain

Graded exposure, pacing and education for pain that has become the condition itself. Slower, more patient work — and often the most life-changing.

For pain that has outstayed the injury

Postural & Office Ergonomics

Desk-driven neck, shoulder and back pain addressed at both ends: treatment for the tissue, and a workstation setup that stops over-straining the muscle daily.

For bodies that sit for a living

05How it runs

01

Assess

A full subjective and physical examination. History, movement testing, strength and special tests — and enough time to actually listen to what you're telling me.

45 min

02

Explain

You leave knowing what is wrong, why it happened and roughly how long it takes. No jargon, no mystery, no open-ended treatment plans.

Same session

03

Treat

Hands-on therapy to settle symptoms and restore range, paired with the loading that makes the change stick beyond the treatment table.

Ongoing

04

Load

Progressive strength work in the gym next door until you meet the benchmarks for your sport, your job or your life. Then you're discharged.

Discharge

Next step

One assessment tells you what is actually wrong and how long it takes to fix. Everything after that is just work.
